09.06 In one form or another, the technology of exposure of High Definition Flexo (HD Flexo) is used in more than 30% of all digital laser recording devices of forms (flexo-CtP) all over the world. During three and a half years after the putting on the market, the technology underwent a number of changes, which allowed to expand significantly the tone range and that way to enhance the visual effect of the packaging. At the same time, the simplicity of the process was kept and even the number of manual operations was reduced. It was an interesting combination of discoveries when studying the properties of raster dots and form technologies.
